Luxury Villa | New Build & Redevelopment | St James
Taking the existing blocks of this grand property, coastline construction undertook the comprehensive redevelopment of the building comprising eight bedrooms and two studio spaces to create a prime residential property.
Additional spaces including two new bathrooms and kitchens were constructed within the main house, as well as bathrooms and kitchens within the studio spaces. We installed a new roof and made good progress to the basement area, while maximising the living room space by infilling the existing stair core.
Supporting our client from start to finish, we assisted with furniture installations while delivering external works comprising paving the driveway, installing new electric gates and security.
